About This Class

●We will learn basic painting techniques.
●We will learn to draw using geometric shapes and the imitation method.
●We will learn how to use paints.
●We will perform a fun learning activity using drama.
●We will develop our artistic thinking and expression skills.

Setting:
●A quiet place
Materials:
●Comfy clothes,
●Pastels,
●Watercolor,
●Drawing notebook or sheet,

●We will make a short introductory activity.
●Then we will focus on the topic with Q&A.
●We will learn the answers to questions such as: ''What is character?'', ''How is it created?''
●While creating a character, we will experience how to be inspired by shapes or objects.
●We will draw a character with basic drawing skills.
●We will create a song, a poem or a story along with our drawings.
●We will share our feelings and thoughts while creating our work.
●We will make a general evaluation with dialogues about the course.

Students can use what they have learned in the course in their leisure time when they are painting or drawing.

Hello there! I'm Nazan Dizen, your creative drama instructor. Besides painting, I am an art teacher. I graduated from Abant İzzet Baysal University, Fine Arts Education, Painting Teaching, Painting Department. Again, in the same field, I did my master's degree with thesis at Trakya University. I received a lot of additional training in the arts and creative fields. For many years, I have been giving online and face-to-face art trainings in various academies and in my own workshop.
