In this class, we will:

• Discuss the history of letter writing


• Review how to properly format a handwritten letter


• Compare the differences between modern communication and letter writing


• Consider the significance of letters

You will need:

• Writing paper


• Envelope in the size and color of your choice


• Various pens (pencil, ballpoint, ink pen, colored pen, etc.).

We will:

• Examine letters written by notable artists 


• Better understand the meaning of letters


• Explore the history of letter writing and how it was an important form of communication for centuries


• Write our own letters!

Help your child send the letter that they wrote in class. Encourage them to keep writing letters and practicing their letter writing skills.
