Duration: 45 Minutes

Recommended Age Group : 9 - 13 Years

In this class, we will:




  • learn the basic elements of the dramatic story

  • understand what makes up the beginning, middle and end of a story

  • practice writing fiction

You will need:




  • Paper

  • Pencil

  • Eraser

  • A quiet and comfortable place

We will:




  • introduce the topic 

  • explore dramatic structure through improvisation

  • use our writer's imagination to turn our lives into fantastic games

Ask to read your child's new piece of writing to better understand their time in this class! After the lesson, students can also request feedback from the teacher on their work.

Nazım Sarıkaya (1988, İzmir) received his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Theater Criticism and Dramaturgy at Istanbul University, and he continues his doctorate program in the same department. She works as a Research Assistant at Beykent University, Department of Acting. He taught at the Theater Department of Istanbul Adıgüzel Fine Arts High School, and taught at the Sadri Alışık Cultural Center and Altınbaş University Theater Club. He organized dramaturgy and gamification workshops in institutions such as METU College, Bahçeşehir Colleges, Işık Schools, ENKA Schools, Mürüvvet Evyap Schools, Cihangir College, Bursa Nova College together with Kırmızı Kedi Publishing.
