Duration: 45 Minutes
Recommended Age Group : 12 - 16 Years
• We will learn the "asana" practices, which are the physical movements of yoga.
• We will learn about "pranayama" exercises, which are used in breathing exercises in yoga and known for their positive effects on the nervous system.
• We will experience "meditation" and "meditative state" exercises to cope with stress, anxiety and anxiety disorders and similar moods.
• We will learn to use our breath correctly.

• Quiet and calm environment
Materials:
• The clothes you are comfortable in,
• A mat or beach towel on which you can move freely,
• It is appropriate to attend the class with bare feet.
• First of all, we will meet our participants.
• We will practice various yoga poses and breathing exercises.
• We will experience ways to reach a meditative mind.
Learned studies should be repeated for meditation purposes.

Merhaba, ben Armağan. İlk yoga eğitimimden birkaç yıl sonra Asya'da yaklaşık bir yıl süren bir geziye çıktım. Gezi bitiminde ise İstanbul'dan ayrılıp İngiltere'ye yerleştim. Londra'da ilk 4 yıl boyunca yüzyüze, sonrasında online olarak yoga eğitimleri verdim. 2 ile 18 yaşları arasındaki çocuk ve genç grupları ile kreş, anaokulu, ortaokul, gençlik merkezi ve yardım kuruluşlarında yoga, nefes, meditasyon ve doğaçlama oyun çalışmaları yürüttüm. Edindiğim deneyimlerle tüm yaş grupları ile beden ve zihne faydalı çalışmalarımı sürdürmeye ve her bir derste paylaşmaya, öğretmeye ve öğrenmeye devam ediyorum. Derslerde görüşmek üzere!
