Place:
• Your child should be in an appropriately sized environment where he or she can move quietly and comfortably in order not to be distracted.
Materials:
•Picture paper,
•Color pencils.

•We will get to know each other in different ways through creative drama.
•Then we will go on a journey through our body.
•We will perform breathing exercises.
•We will carry out our work called "From Body to Paper".
We will realize our work called “From imagination to art”.
•We will evaluate the lesson and end the lesson with feedback.

You can repeat the self-compassion, awareness and breathing exercises we have done together with your family.
